Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a microwaveable mug

Add in the milk, oil, egg & chocolate chips and whisk until you have a smooth cake batter

Microwave for ~45-60 seconds until the cake has risen and is firm to the touch. Overcooking will touchen the cake. Timing based on 1200W device
