Rinse and decant rava; soak for 5 hours; soak bele separately

Final consistency should be like ketchup
Ferment for 8 hours (4 in warm oven)
Add a pinch of soda and mix well before preparing
Lightly grease the trays, add 1/2 cup water in steamer, do not seal, cook 10-12 minutes with natural release
